Who Are We?
KAG1S Association is a dynamic group of volunteers making a difference in society.
Our Volunteer Structure
It consists of active members of the local business community, civil society representatives, and members from leading universities such as METU, Bilkent, Hacettepe, and Mersin.

To be a pioneer of social change for a more equal, inclusive and sustainable future.
Our Mission
Gender Equality
We advocate for the equal representation and empowerment of women from all walks of life, including Syrian and other women under protection, in all areas of society. We work for equal opportunities.
Empowering Youth
We equip young people, especially those from vulnerable groups, with leadership skills and enable them to play an active role in social change.
Climate Awareness
We raise awareness about the climate crisis and take concrete steps towards sustainable living.
What Do We Do?
As KAG1S, we carry out work in three main areas at the center of social transformation. We develop projects to empower women in economic and social life, especially those from vulnerable groups, to help young people discover their potential, and to raise social awareness against climate change. We aim for sustainable change through training programs, workshops, mentorship programs, and community projects. We demand equal opportunities for every individual and a more livable world.

Fighting the Climate Crisis
Climate change is one of the biggest global threats. As KAG1S, we work to raise social awareness and develop concrete actions. We organize trainings on sustainable living practices, environmentally friendly projects and green technologies.
We encourage young people's participation in climate activism and advocate for women to have a greater say in environmental policies. Together, we can build a greener future.
